Before the show was released, I thought I was in good shape. But it turned out that this is not enough for Hollywood. I did not understand that I was a “fat sister” until I appeared on television and the media did not tell me that.
I know that I have a different type of figure, different from the figures of my sisters. And I do not have such forms. But I do not think that I look like something wrong. My parents always loved me very much. They did so that I felt beautiful, so I do not doubt my attractiveness.
I am sure that the physical state is inextricably linked with the moral state. I feel so good in the gym that after the training this feeling does not leave me and then – all day long. Sports activities have become for me a real addiction, a pill of happiness, if you want.
I love cycling, “hot” yoga. I do not want to repeat the same thing from time to time.

For breakfast I usually have eggs and oatmeal. The ideal lunch is a light salad with lots of greenery. For dinner I have a chicken with vegetables and sweet potatoes or rice. During the day, I also have a bite of fruit, which I always take with me.
Fortunately, I never particularly liked pasta, but from bread at night I had to wean myself.
I believe that everything is possible, but it is important to know the measure. If you want to eat pizza, eat it. There were times when I was on a strict diet and secretly ordered a pizza.
From time to time, I allow myself to eat a piece of pizza, a bit of chocolate bar, or a glass of champagne. I do not force myself. I love myself. I do not want to overeat harmful food, because I do not want to hurt myself.
I like to sweat a lot. I prefer to put on a sauna suit on the upper body, since my legs are now so thin, they do not bother me.
