Paris men’s: Valentino
Fashion house Valentino presented its vision of the new season. The design duo Maria Grazia Currie and Pierpaolo Picciolo chose the main source of inspiration exhibition «Unfinished: Thoughts Left Visible», held in New York. It collected the works of famous artists of the past 500 years.
The main emphasis in the new collection was the military. Designers presented a camouflage print, abandoning laid 5 shades, which included 3 colors. Sweatshirts, jackets, trousers and coats became military not only with coloring but also accessories — straps, lots of pockets, with an eagle emblem, reminiscent of the coat of arms. Also on the catwalk could be seen a jaguar, designed by Valentino in 1967, print embellished accessories and outerwear. Also collection included denim and leather costumes.
