Paris Fashion Week: L’Oreal Paris, Valentino
Cosmetic brand L’Oreal Paris for the first time presented the collection at Fashion Week in Paris. In September, the organizers of the event prepared the audience for a large-scale fashion show, saying that L’Oreal Paris fans are waiting for a 60-meter podium on the Champs Elysées.
L’Oreal Paris presented 70 outfits and novelties of cosmetics. The headliners of the fashion show were ambassadors of the brand – 72-year-old Helen Mirren, Irina Shayk, Doutzen Kroes, Winnie Harlow and 79-year-old Jane Fonda. The brand decided to stand out from the rest of Fashion Week in Paris, inviting women of all ages to the podium. Despite the new collection of clothes, everyone discussed makeup of models. Also, the organizers of the fashion show arranged two master classes from L’Oreal Paris.
Pierpaolo Piccioli, creative director of Valentino Fashion House, invited guests to the hotel garden of the early 19th century – Hotel Salomón de Rothschild. In this graceful place the spring-summer collection of the 2018 season was shown. We remember Valentino thanks to the sumptuous evening clothes that are so often found on the red carpet. But in the new season, Pierpaolo Piccioli creates sports and comfortable outfits.
The main color of the new collection is pink. It does not do without sparkles, glitter, seed and sequins. Sports relaxed outfits designer combines with classic shoes. The collection of Valentino Fashion House is based on a variety of prints. Among them: dresses in peas, stripes and floral patterns.
