Paris Fashion Week, Fall/Winter 2016: Anna Sofie Madsen, Jacquemus
At the first day of Paris Fashion Week, its autumn-winter collection presented Jacquemus’s designer Simon Port Jacquemus. During the show, models showed gowns that look as though are made from colored cardboard. The collection contains hypertrophied silhouettes, asymmetrical details and expression of deconstruction. Also the attention is attracted by sleeve of shirts, where you need to pass hands above the cuffs; pantsuits with diagonal cut and re-tied with strips of cloth; distorted shirts and tops, on which were sewn dresses with shoulder straps.
Anne Sofie Madsen
Danish brand Anne Sofie Madsen also presented its autumn-winter collection at the first day of Paris Fashion Week. The main heroine of the new collection is inaccessible and at the same time beckoning woman. She alternates street style outfits with elegant dresses and combines masculinity and femininity details in clothes. The autumn-winter collection of Anne Sofie Madsen looks like a game of contrasts and dualities.
