Milan Fashion Week, Fall/Winter 2016: Giorgio Armani, Salvatore Ferragamo, Trussardi
According to the designer Gaia Trussardi, the presented autumn-winter collection – is the new new. And, oddly enough, it reminds the audience about the English countryside. Because roughly the same outfits British aristocrats preferred to wear for walks in their suburban homes. The main heroine of the autumn-winter collection of the fashion house is an aristocrat from the last century, who decided to escape from the city and went to the countryside.
All outfits look soft and comfortable, with a light touch of carelessness. Some things looked a little rumpled, some contrary were made of not wrinkled materials, and some created the appearance of sloppy layering.
The new autumn-winter collection of famous brand Giorgio Armani was markedly different from the rest. Frankly speaking, Giorgio Armani’s collection became a dark spot of the Milan Fashion Week among the others presented bright collections. First of all, we recommend paying attention at exquisite evening dresses and pantsuits that are made of velvet, mohair, wool and organza.
The designers of the famous Italian brand Salvatore Ferragamo decided to keep up with everyone and introduced the autumn-winter collection, the highlight of which became geometric patterns. All the outfits were bright: in the new line are dominated shades of fuchsia, magenta, green, blue and yellow. The features of the collection became widely contrasting lines, large squares, triangles, zigzag prints and flowing silhouettes, thanks to which it looks like a geometric collage.
