Calvin Klein’s Creative Directors Have Left
After Hedi Slimane and Anthony Vakkarelo, who recently left the post of creative directors of Saint Laurent and Versus Versace, Calvin Klein has come a series. Francisco Costa and Italo Zucchelli who were responsible for women’s and men’s collection for over 10 years, have gone from Calvin Klein.
In a communique Calvin Klein guide Steve Schiffman said: «The new global strategy opens up another important chapter in the history of Calvin Klein since Mr. Klein himself has decided to retire. I want to thank Francisco and Italo for their commitment and successes of the past 10 years. Both have contributed immensely to the development of Calvin Klein as a world leader in the fashion industry».
In the near future Calvin Klein unite all its brands and clothing lines under the leadership of one man. Who it will be is still unknown. But fashion sidelines has a rumor that this post will take Raf Simons, known for his collaborations with Dior.
