New fragrances of Les Eaux de Chanel
Fashion house Chanel announced the launch of a line of completely new flavors. The novelty is called “water”, ‘Les Eaux’, and is dedicated to the landmark for Mademoiselle Chanel places: Deauville, Biaritz and Venice. All of them will go on sale on June 1.
The main source for inspiration for perfumers was the favorite places Gabrielle Chanel. The creation of fragrances Les Eaux De Chanel worked perfumer Olivier Polje in collaboration with the Laboratory, which was responsible for the creation and development of fragrances. Each flavor is packed in a 125-ml flask, transparent, delicate and polished, like sea pebbles. The volume is more than generous, but thanks to the special glass production technology, packaging does not seem heavy.
All the ingredients of the fragrances – as in the case of Chanel – are noble and valuable, but in the new line they seem fluid and iridescent, soft and soft. The structure of the fragrances is designed to evoke a feeling of incredible freshness, reminiscent of the wind banging in the window of a rushing train at full speed, or of a haze that swells at dawn over the sea, or drops of morning dew in the first rays of the sun. In each flavor – juicy and fresh citrus, which form a light airy trail.
In the spring of 1912, a seaside resort on the Normandy coast attracted the attention of Gabrielle Chanel. Deauville was a favorite holiday destination for Parisians on weekends. In 1913, with the help of an entrepreneur and a polo player, Boya Kapela Gabrielle launched the first collection in her own store with the famous white awning, in which the black font was “Gabrielle Chanel”. The store was located on the fashionable street Gontaut-Biron, and sold products from jersey, vests and other creations that went against the stylistic codes of the time. And while the women wore corsets, Koko was riding a horse in loose blouses. It was then that Gabrielle laid the foundation for what would become her corporate style – simplicity, naturalness, the spirit of change. The shop was closed in 1925, but Deauville was forever a legacy of the House.
In the aroma inspired by the resort, you can hear crumpled greenery and green bitterness, fresh air, life-giving energy. First, notes of orange, petigrain and basil leaves are carried.
