INTERVIEW: Olga Filchenkova: “there is no growth and development without stress”
Sport – an example of the useful fashion. After all, a beautiful body will always be a nice bonus to the rich spiritual world, a good heart, erudition and intellect. But sometimes the way to the dream body can be thorny. What do professionals advise? Today, we talk with a fitness trainer, the owner of a chic figure, Olga Filchenkova. She certainly knows all about the female body and the secrets of the perfect physical form.
Let’s start with the traditional question – how sport has become an integral part of your life?
It happened a little more than 5 years ago, I just wanted to add something useful and interesting in my life, to diversify its activities. At the same time in any other sport I didn’t see myself, only in this piece of iron.
Olga, you train exclusively women. Why?
It is a great pleasure to work with them. You know, how about the processes not only in theory but also in practice, as I passed through that and learned from my mistakes, as they say.
How important is the role of the coach in getting in the shape?
It is important, but the most important is the human relation to him(her)self and to the process of achieving a result. You can have an experienced, knowledgeable coach, but the result is 0, if a person will relate to the work as a “coach, lose my weight!” It is important to work with the client. Although, of course, I often see how people train in a wrong way, they try to save money, but they are training for months and not see results, lose motivation and go with nothing. It is important a sound approach with knowledge of the process.
What is the most interesting thing about your job?
The most interesting is to see the results of the customer, reach new goals. Enjoy his success. This motivates to work!
Does the achievement of objectives important is the psychological factor? For many exercise and giving up the foods – stress.
There is no growth and development without stress, you have to be ready. But it is important to do everything slowly and cause the body less stress, receive it dosed and almost noticeable. It is also about your meal, diet cuts, for example.
Give a farewell to those, who want to change themselves. How to begin?
You should begin with small. Make small changes to your usual routine gradually. Start at least from breakfast in the morning, for example, stay a week or two, let your body get used to. Move on. Remove from your mailbox in the office from cookies and candy, and change them into dried fruit. And snack with a handful of nuts or dried fruit instead of usual useless purchased cookies. Just start! Start from the small! And very soon you will see the first changes.
